Put your phone down

Do you control your phone, or does your phone control you?

Follow along and join a journey into digital minimalism from wherever you are on your own journey.

If you’re thinking, “Someone made a resource about digital minimalism that I have to access… digitally?” I get it. The point is not to get rid of technology, but to be intentional in your use of it. If you stay, you’ll find resources on how to become a digital minimalist and activities to replace screen time. Just don’t stay too long! Take what you need, and go.

This is a judgement-free space meant to help you reclaim your free time. There’s no shame in trying to reduce screen time and realizing you need help to do so!

The Goal

Reduce screen time to increase quality of life. Get others involved so that when you finally look up, you see other faces instead of a sea of hunched shoulders.

Take Action

Ready to take the next step? If you’re going to spend less time on your phone, you have to intentionally spend more time doing other things. It’s a real addiction that takes work to break, so reduce the friction by having a couple activities in mind. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just good enough to start.
